Policies - READ BEFORE BOOKING

- Wearing a mask is REQUIRED. As I am a home based nail tech

- $10 deposit REQUIRED to book

 

- NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT 

- Deposit fees are NON refundable but is included in the price of your set.

- Late to appointment fees will be applied $1=1 minute

-After 15 minutes of no contact your appointment is CANCELLED. 

- NO CALL NO SHOWS = UNABLE TO BOOK AGAIN

- NO EXTRA GUEST unless ran by me first!

- NO PHONE CALLS WHILE BEING SERVICED 

- NO DAMAGED OR UNHEALTHY NAILS - if you're unsure if your nails are healthy enough for acrylic, click on the 'Contact' tab to send pictures before booking.

- NO REFUNDS! Changes can be made up to an hour after appointment, after an hour you will be charged. 

- $15 Same day appointment fee

- $15 Late night appointment fee (after 7pm)

I still have nails on and have an upcoming appointment, what should I do?

Add a 'Nail Removal' while booking. For a small fee I will remove your old set before doing a fresh set. Failure to do so may result in a cancel or reschedule due to scheduling time matters not adding up. If nails are too damaged to work on a reschedule is required.

What SHOULD I do after I book AN APPOINTMENT?

Check your email!

You should receive a ' Thanks for booking' email with information regarding your appointment!

If you booked through the site your $10 deposit will be paid then and your appointment is set.

If you booked another way, you will need to send a FULL $10 deposit at least 1 week before appointment, or your appointment will be cancelled.

Once I receive a deposit, you will get either a text, DM, or email with an address and any additional information regarding your appointment.

Feel free to send me reference photos/idea's of what you plan on getting done!

I need to reschedule, what should I do?

You MUST get in contact to reschedule or cancel an appointment within 24 hours before scheduled time - at this point your deposit is transferable. Failure to do so results in the loss of your NON REFUNDABLE deposit.  Everyone has ONE CHANCE TO RESCHEDULE with the same deposit fee, after that a new deposit will be required upon rebooking.
